Disgusted! No stars deserved!

Still waiting for my “paid up” letter since the start of August 2024. I swear these people are just working for jokes they aren’t serious about themselves nor about their jobs or the company! See below the calls I’ve made which is not all of them. I’ve reported them to the Ombudsman. This is affecting my credit record!
