DISGUSTED MTN

MTN have a big problem when it comes canceling contracts. The number they provided doesn't even get through even if u dial 083135 which the claim it can be used by customer when they are not using their number to call. Today I went to the store when I got to the store I was told that they don't still do cancelations and dialed from a phone in store to enable me to call. When I finally got though to the line some incompetant consultant answer she advised that I need to call on money I then said how because their line is not working she processed to insist that I have to call u asked why she can't call me back or assign someone to call me she kept quiet didn't want to respond nor give me a name and a reference number such poor service from such a big company someone needs to find the call made from Jabulani mall mtn and the consultant needs to be attended to.
