DISGUSTED MTN CLIENT

I am trying to terminate my late husband's contract, that has expired ages ago. If you go to the shop they tell you they cannot cancel the contract you must phone. If you phone they tell you to go to the shop. Then I've gone the email route with even less success. After your first mail you have to send another one to ask for a reply. You get a reply to tell you that they have send this to another department. Then you start all over again. Ask for reply, reply came to tell you they have send this to a different department. In the meantime I have to pay for something that I don't use. I am very angry that we have to deal with people that are not at all interested in your problem. IS THERE ANYBODY AT MTN THAT IS PREPARED TO SORT OUT THIS MATTER???

Thank you for your post.  We sincere apologized for any inconvenience incurred.  We have sent he complaint to our legal team to assist us with the cancellation request for the account. They might require the death certificate for late JW  Dalhouzie. We will give you feedback tomorrow with the outcome.  Kind Regards,  Alice van der Merwe Complaints Analyst
