Disgusted in you, you inconsiderate consultant!!!

You deserve zero stars! Why do you keep me hanging on for 22 minutes, only to tell me that I must call you back because YOU'RE having problems with YOUR system. What a cheek, my time doesn't belong to you MTN or your so-called consultant. I should bill you for my time because yes, a few minority of us actually work.

That's not the worst, this woman put me on mute so I actually didn't know most of the time if she's still there or not because she lacks the courtesy to occasionally let me know she is still on the call. Instead she waits for me to remind her a number of times that I am still waiting! It is most unfortunate that I did not get this woman's name but you know who you are and all I can say is that you are the height of laziness and that you should show your customers (you know, those people that pay your salary every month to do the nothing you do) some respect man.

You people can now get back to me regarding my simple query that shouldn't even take you a minute. If I don't get answers, this will be escalated.
