Disgusted in mtn service

After takin out 4 contracts foned 135 numerous times to ask the settlement amount for my contract ending in December and advice to what i should payed the amount and number given by 135 to settle the contracts payed it and contact 135 again letting them knw after speaking to numerous consultants same story over and over i was told they cant cancel until i pay another amount of R1900 then they can do it because the store put the amount i payed as a normal payment after i provided the numbers an amount given by 135 and as per the 135 consultant i must pay that R1900 amount then i should keep in touch with 135 to find out if my stuff was cancel like this was all my fault how pathetic rudy the cancelation department manager did not get back to me yet i paid the amount given by 135 i want my stuff cancell disgusted in their service
