Disgusted in MTN and their staff

MTN Service sucks. First of all I can not get through to the call centre if I do they answer and drop the calls. I then sent them messages via Facebook. I get selective responses from them. My husband took out a contract a week ago. It was some promotional deal they had for a LTE service and because he needs to work from home during the lock down we took it until Fibre will be installed by us. Mtn has no explanation whatsoever. They just keep telling us to restart the modem or they just don't respond. The connection is so bad we can not even send normal whatsapp messages. I will never recommend them!! Bad service, honestly!!
