Disgusted in MTN!!!!

My previous complaints was also regarding the service MTN is giving and still what a disgrace!!! My parents stay on a farm just outside Parys Freestate, NO service at all. Mtn arranged a booster box, it was installed and worked for a couple of weeks and then stopped completely. We have been phoning Teboho ( ********** 181) and Vhulunda ( ********** 100) since last year asking them to come out and repair the box. Every time we phone they say that they are on the road and as soon as they get back to the office will pull the file and get back to us. Pathetic that they never do. Also according to them, this box was installed wrong. There is 3 houses on this farm, in other words 10 MTN contracts that will have to be cancelled if MTN does not repair this box. So what should we do if MTN and their employees does not get back to one? Go to the ombudsman maybe, this is after all 10 contracts that has no service on whatsoever.

Just a reply Alice... after 4 calls throughout December and January I am no being told that the technicians are still on holiday and will only be back 2nd week of January '20 after I said well the complaint was lodged already 10/12/2019 I was told that they were already on leave by then. So the department that should sort out coverage and booster boxes are on leave for more than a month at a time?? Wow
Why every time I phoned (Coverage department ***) and this was 4 calls I was told that it is now escalated?? No one at MTN attempted to get in touch with us once, I have to phone every week.. Every month you take your money, but we have NO use of this service? What a pathetic joke!!! This matter has now been sent to ICASA as well and hopefully we will get some sort of resolution.

Still no feedback, even Icasa wants me to do a new complaint. NO SIGNAL AT ALL
What is going on?
