DISGUSTED

I don't even want to rate this Branch and Company, 1st i app**** online for a phone got no response. On the Sunday i went to New Market Mall and saw a consultant he told me a profile hadn't even been created for me as yet, this was 5 days after i app**** online,i then reapp**** with him, sent all the relevant documentation that he needs. Its now 1 week later after i have made 13 calls to the branch to talk to him to find out if it was approved, i keep been told he is busy and will call me back i am still waiting
