Disgusted

Today marks a year and 2months since I was *****ed by an mtn employee, who took 8 phones in my name when I went for an upgrade unlimited contracts despite the phone I upgraded initially, I immediately notified mtn as soon as I was I aware of this and they promised to sort the issue out within 21days, but today I'm writing this it's been over a year, my name has been messed up because they decided to put my name through legal and i have constantly contacted trying to sort this issue out with failure. I was due for an upgrade in May now I currently have no phone nor do I have a number to use since they blocked my numbers. I was loyal to this company for more than 20 years, I'm livid and dissapointed by the whole team and everyone involved. Imagine having to forcefully change your number for something you did not do and having your name in debt for something that wasn't even caused by you.
