Disgusted!

Disgusting service.

I received a phone call from a sales lady, on the 20th of January, conveniently informing me that sms's are falling away and I will be having more minutes available, should I change my package. This was all promised at NO extra charges. At the end of March, my debit order was taken.... Obviously MTN billed me for the 'change' in my package and simply does not answer on any emails' and calling them are just as useless. If there are any advice, it will highly be appreciated!
