Disgusted experience with all your consultants

I'm extremely upset with the services of mtn been trying to have a contract sorted since June everytime a consultant tells me they will email the agents and let a manager call back untill now nothing has been done below are the agents I have dealt with first was Thandeka ncube in the sales department did the contract was suppose to call for the otp as contract was approved took her 3 Weeks to get back to me then was Si***a who is a sale consultant at mtn direct gauteng same issues it's absolutely disgusting we have contracts with you guys and this is the service been offered an urgent call back would be appreciated.
