Disgusted Customer Service overall-

MTN has the most pathetic instore and Telephonic Customer service!! A simple address update and statement request took 3 visits to a store. a screenshot instead of an emailed statement and the Surname on the profile is incorrect. What training do you offer to your staff that they know absolutely nothing?? What Quality assurance checks is being done. These documents have been requested for a Legal matter and you guys still cannot co-operate?? This has already been escalated to the Ombudsman. And expect a cancellation
