<p> I have been waiting for my repaired from mtn for the past 2 months going on 3. i am told to ocntact MTN inusrance so that i can get instructions as to where to pay the excess fee so i can get my phone. There is never any answer when calling them so how am i suppose to getmy phone back. i have been told so many different things from the employees at mtn canal walk that have made no difference. their service is pathetic and i am disgusted beyond belief by how by how they can sell you an insurance and not stick to the agreement. Please do something about this!!!</p>
