DISGUSTED BY YOUR SERVICE

I have been doing a tedious back and forth with your service consultants with no help. I'M HONESTLY SO DISGUSTED BY YOUR SERVICE. I've had an active contract with you guys for the past 10 months paying every single month with no default and when i check my credit report it says my account is inactive. I NEED THE CORRECT INFORMATION TO REFLECT ON MY CREDIT REPORT BECAUSE I WANT TO APPLY FOR CREDIT.

It's been 2 months of me trying to sort this out and I don't know what to do anymore.

UPDATE MY INFORMATION WITH THE CREDIT BUREAU NOW!
