Disgusted by ********* practices

Customer care is absolutely shocking and you get bounced around to different agents who just get cheeky in their emails. Nobody helps me properly, I will never open another contract or affiliation with MTN again. I am disgusted by the way the company continuously tries to ***** money from their clients with false fees and extra charges coming out of nowhere.
