Disgusted by this service.

I have had the worst experience with Mtn and Samsung with regards to my three month old A71 Samsung and E5 Tablet.

Firstly they over charge me on my tablet account, of which I am now taking them to court after several attempts of correcting this issue.

Secondly my Samsung A71 I took insurance out and after the 1st month the mouth speaker stopped working of which I have been at their offices and Samsung repair stores since this happening until yesterday, only to have them tell me they can not fix it.

I would still want this issue to be addressed, and I am hoping that I get a response on this review before I take this matter even further. I have all my supporting documents and kept all proof needed to escalate this matter. I still am not going into much detail of which I will if I have to.
