Disgusted by MTN South Africa

Good evening hellopeter, I'm hoping this rating above is for hellopeter not MTN because I would give them zero! I am so disgusted, ****ed with mtn south Africa. I bought iPhone 7 with a moden in june 2019 on contract, sometime in September same year the iphone didn't charge nor switch on, i then took the phone to mtn prominade mall where i bought the phone. On my way the was a friction because i had 2 phone in one pocket. When i arrived at the store, the phone had a small crack. I then reported to one of the consultant they took the iphone 7. I waited about about 5months since the phone was given in, i started paniching and phoned mtn as it was too long, one of the consultant said they been trying to reach me and the phone is still at the store not repaired because i must open i cloud. My response was how do i open i cloud to a phone that does not switch on, and was told to go to internet at a computer store and open my i cloud although i informed the consultant that i dont know how to. On the 23/09/2020 was contacted by the store manager saying my phone is back from repairs and its done, i asked her if it done and fixed she said yes, it must be collected. I rushed to the store to find out my iphone was never sent for repairs yet momthly installment R528 is being deducted and its a year and a month without my phone. Please kindly assist.
