Disgusted by MTN SA wouldn't recommend it to anyone
Is MTN SA under the impression that if you ignore your customers and their problems it will go away. You call the customer care services and the HVRC repair no on answers .You email them no one reponds or acknowledges your email. You are here to provide a service so start providing it

10 Oct 2019, 12:35I don't understand why it is my job to follow up with regards to where my products are after they went in for repair. MTN requested my charger for repair purposes so I sent it in my device is fixed and delivered to store when I checked my phone and for my original charger it was not there. Instead a disgusting knock off charger was in the box and now no one can update me on the where abouts of my charger or phone this is disgusting service especially because MTN lost my charger and now I have to suffer the consequences of there errors
