Disgusted by MTN LTE networks speed claims, FALSE ADVERTISING!

According to MTN their LTE network speeds ranges from 7mps - 21mps, however I this is not true according to the network speeds I'm receiving on my devices. I have done a network speed test to see what speed my devices were producing and the results were shocking. No wonder I couldn't stream youtube, netflix or even just view a whatsapp status. the speed from my MTN sim Wifi router was 6mps and the speed I got on my cellphone from my MTN other MTN sim was 5.4mps. Both speeds reading lower than their lowest range of 7mps as the claim on their website https://www.mtn.co.za/Pages/LTE.aspx

I have tried to communicate to them a number of times about this issue I'm experiencing but they have yet to address the situation. the reference numbers to substantiate my claim of trying to address this issue with MTN coverage are *** , *** and ***.

This kind of service really upsets me because I am a paying customer, and the least I expect is to at least get what you say you are capable of providing as a service provider.
