Disgusted by MTN LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICES

MTN is the worst company to ever deal with. How they issue data contracts online but cannot do anything online is such a shocker. I cannot even articulate the words I want to say them now. Over a week ago I was issued a contract sim, home rooter. Ever since, we have not been able to use the rooter cause they used my other home address instead of the address for where the rooter will be used. I have been trying to change to the correct address and between their useless call center agent and Soshanguve branch, I don't know who doesn't know what they need do. I was told they cannot amend the address over the phone, I need to go to the branch, which I did. Now Soshanguve Crossing branch is telling me I need to go to the Menlyn branch? Worse this Agent tells me this address could be amended online but yet the very same online Agent said it cannot. I am definitely not paying for this contract, you can cancel it and come collect your useless rooter
