Disgusted by MTN

Am really disgusted by MTN who offered a contract to someone who *****elantly took a contract from them using my personal details. I was shocked by debit orders from my bank account. I contact their twitter account and informed them of the debit order that is going off my account and that i do not have a contract with them .they said i must send my id , bank statement and affidavit and proof of res at this email adress *** which i did. That was back in February to date 4months later i still have not received any feedback from them ...all that which they did regardless of all my endeavours was to blacklist me...am super disgusted about this network
