Disgusted by Mtn call Centre

I'm really disgusted at the pathetic service that mtn call Centre is serving. I lost my job and need to cancel one of my contracts which had expired. I called yesterday (04/jan) and held on for 1hr 15 mins and then again today for 1hr 25mins! OK, I thought they were busy. I then made another call and selected (upgrade) and guess what! They answered within 5mins. I talked to one Nomthando who transferred me back to the cancellation number. I'm still on the line 40mins! This is absurd and seems like a deliberate ploy to **** people. This is the reason why some people end up being blacklisted because they are not afforded the opportunity to cancel contracts.
