Disgusted by how MTN Service Provider Exploit Customers!

For over a good number of times , I have Tried to liase with MTN Regarding their connectivity. Everytime you load data on your phone They do not allow you to access the data or connect with it . I have called them for countless times now and informed them that i had loaded data on my phone and it is only valid for one day but i cannot access it , They have assured me that after rebooting my phone it will connect , but none of that has happened meaning i just wasted money and purchased data that i will not even use. this behavior from Mtn is uncalled for and very unprofessional. where is value for money , we have invested our monies towards purchasing your data and in turn we cannot access or use the data, totally exploitation of customers , you just keeping the money to yourself and not providing the service as per agreement.
