Disgusted by dishonesty

My contract was cancelled yet now I'm being told it was not cancelled, they debited way more than the agreed amount and now they telling me if I reverse they going to debit again! Mtn does this every year this time! I cannot be held accountable for the incompetence of the agents! I received countless calls from the agents and confirmed that, that contract is canceled yet today I was debited for it! There was no communication from Mtn about my debit amount, they just do as they please. I want my money back in my account today!!
