Disgusted at the service - MTN Vangate

Extremely disappointed in the service recieved by MTN Vangate. I took my phone in for repairs on the 14th of March and was told that it would take about a month for it to be repaired. I followed up with the branch to confirm how far the phone was and they said the phone has not arrived and was told to call the repaire centre. When i called the repair centre they told me the phone wasnt there and went to the warehouse. This was a month after I gave the phone in. When I went to the branch they said that the repair centre moved and the courier company wasnt given notice of this and they didnt know where the phone is. After my constant nagging they tracked down the phone to DSV the courier company. They finally got the phone and the phone was collected and taken to the mtn repair centre. Then when i followed up again they said mtn repair ventre couldnt fix this and it would need to go the LG repair centre. This was more than a week of having the phone at mtn repair centre after its was so called marked URGENT. If it wasnt for my constant nagging they would ahave taken longer to send the phone away. On the 21st of May I got a call from LG repair centre to say thwy just gdot the phone and I would need to pay as the warrenty was finished in the 1st week of May. I am not sure why i should pay as the phone was taken in more than 2 months ago and till this day i havent recieved the phone. Keep getting lame excuses from MTN Vangate and paying for a device I am not using. So sick of this ****. I have been a loyal mtn customer since 2013.
