Disgusted at MTN Service
Good afternoon,<br> <br> I am really disgusted to say the least at the service regarding the repairs of my cellphone. <br> <br> I mean how long does it take for my phones charging port to be fixed???<br> <br> I handed my cellphone in for repairs at your store (MTN - Liberty promenade)on the morning of 24/01/2016 to a lady named Mercia.<br> <br> She advised that it will take 2 weeks for my cellphone to get repaired. <br> <br> This is now going in for the 4th week and I have received little response from the manager Masnoena as to when I will get my phone back, I am just being told that they will phone me when the phone is delivered to their store, up until Today nobody has contacted me.<br> <br> Please urgently look into the matter as I am LOST without my phone.

Kindly be advised that the handset has been replaced. It will take between 2 to 72 hours to arrive at MTN, Liberty Promenade Mall.
