DISGUSTED AT HOW MTN REFUSES TO ASSIST WITH MY APPLICATION!

I am so unhappy with the service I have been getting from MTN. We are trying to apply for a contract and they keep asking for the same documents even after I have sent it to them. I feel like if they don’t want to assist then they should just say so in order for me to get help elsewhere. This is just so disgusting really! So disappointed and this is not even the first time
