Disgusted and the lack of service!!

I have been trying to get ahold of a consultant at you insurance department since the 23/12/2015<br> i cannot afford to sit on the phone all day just in hope that i will eventually be put through to a consultant that will be able to assist me.<br> <br> i have sen numerous emails and complained on social media. all with the same response \ we will escalate you query"<br> to date i have not resolved my issue!<br> I have not been able to use my phone since the 23/12/2015 to make or receive voice calls. <br> It is clearly pointless having insurance with your company since they advertise that they will be able to provide you with a loan phone for the duration of the repairs!<br> And i cannot even get through to the department to even cancel the insurance!<br> <br> """
