Disgusted and Highly irritated

I would not even give mtn a one star if i had it my way!!!! my contract ended in December I called the retentions center on many occasions to cancel my contracts because i wasn't getting a good deal. i sat 45 minutes to an hour on the phone trying to get through i went to the store they could not assist me with cancelation of my contract and now all of a sudden it became my problem i was charged triple on my normal debit order! How pathetic is that???? i never asked to be credited with data again once my contract ended and i never signed any agreement for out of data bundles this is a ******* and i requested a refund but no one even acknowledged that! i will be getting my lawyers involved to take this matter up feather because this is day light *******!!! Especially during the covid!
