Disgusted and Extremely Disappointed as a New MTN Customer

On the 12th of August I spoke to an agent representing MTN and took out a contract on the Huawei P40 lite and GT2e Smart watch. a few weeks later I received the phone but, not the watch. Till today I've been on calls back and fourth on how and when I will receive the watch.

I am paying for the full deal but, I don't have the smar****ch?!
