Disgusted and displeased

I called the MTN customer service 2 days ago complaining about my disappearing and was advised that it was data sessions which I couldn't phantom would use R110 airtime in a matter less then 2 hours, I then asked for a specific person because I knew they could possibly help and was advised they are in a different department, having failed to explain to me I ask the consultant to speak to their supervisor and little did I know, a gentleman by the name of themba Mthembu attended to me and in that it came to my knowledge that I was sending international sms's when I did advise him that I hadn't sent one he dismissed me and told me that the system is accurate and I did send one so I asked if there was nothing they could do to check the number because clearly something was wrong, I then asked for a different supervisor and was told he wasn't available the on duty supervisor told since I worked for MTN previously in a store I should walk in a store and ask Sibo to show me what he is talking about I then told him I know sibo and wouldn't need to walk as I had her contact details however she didn't have mine, I found him very arrogant and with displease dropped the call because I was going now where.

Today I receive a call from a private number asking me who I am I then mentioned my name and asked the person on the line who they where?

it was the consultant I had asked for on the first call, she then told me if I call I shouldn't mention nor ask for her and that now she is going into a meeting because I had put her in trouble with the seen I had caused, the conversation went on them I dropped the call because one she never had my number and if it was not the supervisor then the consultant have her my number, she then sent me and Sms which I will attach in a screen shot.

where do they get the right to pass out my number and when I advised her that she shouldn't contact me had attitude, when I tried calling her back I received and Sms saying she is on duty please advise who gives her the right coz I warned her that I would take it up with her employer.
