Disgusted and Annoyed

Hi,

I need clarity on how am I owing MTN since I spoke with one of your agents on the 11th of May 2019 and they told me how much was outstanding and I paid on the same day(proof is attached) and that’s when I was able to migrate to prepaid. Where is that R914 coming from which I was told by the SSDA consultants and R751 I was told by MTN consultant and after a week or so I received a message from SSDA telling me that now R254 is outstanding. Where are all these amounts coming from?

This is really annoying and doesn’t add up!!!!!!!!!!!
