Disgusted and Angry

I took a contract phone from MTN store and the monthly agreed amount of the actual contract is R399.00 but to my surprised I had some bills for R879, R689 and so forth and when i call the call centre for explanation of billing I get no answers. The same issue occured to my mom's contract where her contract was R200 but she gets the bills for R889 and the worst billing was for the month of August that came up to R2 339.94 and the old lady is shocked and nearly got sick after seing such an amount. I called the MTN Call center on behalf of her on the 02/09/2016 and for almost 55:45 I tried to get hold of the supervisor to explain such shock but I ws unable to speak to any superior, I then decided that I should drive my mom to the MTN Store to get clarity of what exactly happen within that billing account and we still didnt get the answers. I took it off myself to go to the bank with my mother to reverse that amount until somebody from MTN calls us and explain how could an old lady who does not have the soccial media's, no downloads and a her own businesses to pay such huge amount of money for the month. I am still shocked and angry about how we get billed at MTN and I will NEVER EVER take any contracts from them in my life Nor my mother would do that. We actually done with this company.
