Disgusted

Hi,<br> <br> I like to lodge a complaint against MTN Rietfontein in Boksburg.. I handed my iphone 5 64gig in after I went to an iTunes Store with the device, to which they told me it was part of a faulty batch after searching the devices serial number. And that it would be repaired and no expense or replaced. MTN sent it away, I never heard nothing from them, no calls or emails regarding the status of my phone, after numerous calls to them myself and kept getting promises I would get a call back.. I went in to the store on the 30/05/15, they told me that their repair centre found no fault with the device, and I had in January physically shown them the problem mthe phone. They then told me after a massive argument with them that I must pay a R330 admin fee, and I would get my phone back in a week. I made the payment on the 31/05/15, and sent them the proof of payment the same day. They have via email confirmed receipt of the email, and I have sent numerous emails asking when I will get my phone. And all I get is, MTN repair centre has still not sent it back to the store. A whole 6 months later and I still do not have my phone back. It's absolutely disgusting the service they have given!!!!
