Disgusted

After being a loyal customer of mtn for many, many years I am so disheartened by my most recent experience at one of the stores. The saleslady who assisted me has assisted me over the last few years many times, so when she suggested a phone for my upgrade I trusted her advice and suggestion. Now I am stuck with a phone I can't use because the storage space on the phone is 100gb smaller than my old phone. If I had known this I wouldn't have chosen this phone she was fully aware that I needed the same space. I have tried to make the new phone work, spent additional money with cloud storage, even put on a new screen protector, all in blind faith. But I have lost all my important whatsapps. How do I pay for a phone for the next 2 years that is not sufficient for me? It's unacceptable that they cannot help me with a phone with the same storage. I have received no feedback or replies or even an apology from her. One person's unwillingness to acknowledge her mistake has cost years of loyalty to mtn.
