Disgusted

I have never come across a more unprofessional call service in my life. Placed an online order on Thursday 4/03 got payment confirmation email. Money off my account. Expecting a message today 7/03 knowing it's delivery in 1-3 days and nothing. So call customer care to be told order has been canceled. Put through to no less then 15 different people in various departments. I even contacted ***** as everyone is telling me the money is not reflecting. Asked for a manager multiple occasions, not a single person would honor my request. Sitting here over R200 worth of airtime gone and I sit with no answers and minus money in my account. Something very fishy going on there if you ask me....
