Disgusted

I am so disgusted and disappointed with mtn and Ignition group on the 13 February 2023 I called mtn call center 135 to cancel my old contract because it was expired then sales agent JAYWANTHIE SOOKRA sold to me a new package of R99 12GB and 125 minutes I took it then month end February mtn deducted R328 from account which is for old contract month end March mtn deducted R5332,02 from account I went to enquiry about at the mtn stores they could not help me because I did the contract online. I contacted mtn again 135 they sent me from department to department no one helped me I sent emails to mtn and Ignition group no one responded or helped me.
