DISGUSTED!

I have 2 contracts with mtn. <br> 1 - ***: I made a payment for this contract but used the incorrect reference number.<br> 2 - ***: I made a payment of R1'000 and line has still not been opened<br> <br> I have sent these requests onto mtn numerous times with proof of payments id numbers and asking if there is anything outstanding - nothing still has been done. <br> Trying to call them is more of a mess up cause you get put through from the one to the other!<br> I am so disgusted in MTN. I have paid these huge amount and where is the money sitting at, cause I have no use of the services which I rely on!<br> <br> I have asked on the website as well for them to give me a call back but not even that has happened<br> <br> Really disappointed!
