DISGUSTED

I am absolutely disgusted with MTN , I paid my contract amount upfront as their was an incident with my bank card and was not aware when the problem would be resolved , they ended up debiting my account again. Went into the MTN store and the agents advised that I wont get my money back it will stay as a credit and will be used for the following debit order. How on earth can this be true , it is my money and I have all the right to get a refund.If I had extra money it would be no problem but I am the breadwinner for my family of 4 and now I am having difficulty with extra cash to provide for my family and MTN has no remorse whatsoever.Do I have to result in not paying my account to make a point , do I have to reverse the monies which will negatively impact my record ALL OF THIS SHOULD NOT BE NESCESSARY!!!!!!!!!!It is my money and I should be able to get the refund my contract states one amount monthly and if this is overpaid I EXPECT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!
