Disgusted

MTN, pathetic service. Call center is the worst ever. Noisy and unhelpful. handset can be upgraded. went in store to my surprise the guy says my credit check failed. Was not the most helpful said he was awaiting feedback and would get back to me. All he said was something to do with the bank I am banking with. Does not come back to me at all. I called last night. Agent gave me this no to call *** when calling this no is does not exist. ref no for call ***. Not much help as the number does not exist. I call again this morning and the call get cut off- patheticccccccc. I am disgusted
