Disgusted

I phoned in this morning to cancel my contract which has run its full term of 24 months, whilst discussing this matter with a so called champion, she explained that I can take out a further contract for a data bundle deal of 4 gigs data, 200 minutes air time and 100 minutes sms's, I personally thought that this was a good deal so agreed to it. She then went as far as to say that if anything that was discussed between her and I wasnt as she claimed I could request the recording. I went onto my MTN app to see if the new contract was active to find that it is only a 1 gig data bundle deal and nowhere near to what she promised. this is absolutely disgusting as I am now legible for this deal. I havent been able to get hold of anyone at MTN to discuss this and to request the recorded call. This all happened on the 09/12/2019 at 09:50
