DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Utterly Disgusted with the service received from MTN!!!!!!!!!!!!! The have over billed me for 1 of my contracts and when queried the billing at first I was advised that it will be escalated and an agent will contact me back. This is the 4 week and nobody has contacted me to advise me on feedback of my query, I have to keep calling!! When the contract was initially taken out I advised the agent over the recorded line that I DO NOT want to be billed OVER AND ABOVE the monthly sub, of which she assured I will not, to my surprise when I check I have been billed way more!!! I want my refund for being billed OVER and ABOVE and I would like this refund to be put back into my BANK ACCOUNT and not contract account!!!!! I will be taken this matter further if nothing is done about this!!!!!! MTN is just going from BAD to WORST!!!!!
