One of the worse networks to ever deal with MTN....we had been trying to get through to retention from the 23rd November, when we get through the consultant will speak to you for a bit and then the call drops, no one would call you back and when one tries calling back you cannot get through.
I then hot through to a manger by the name of Patience who is absolutely rude and has no customer ethics how can she be a manager of a department if she has ko ethics and way of talking to a customer.
MTN chooses whom they want to give specific deals too, because just before I had called them my cousin had contacted them and they had given him a specific deal which many other friends received as well, but they tell me it was a black Friday deal.
How does one take that deal out if they do not answer their calls on black Friday and do lot give it to the stores.
Really disappointed of the pathetic service in receive from managers and consultants.
