name is merisha Naidoo from ermelo.Around 14:06 I went to the mtn store here in ermelo.I greeted the lady mbali that was going to assist me with my query.I put my cell phone that was in its box on the counter and I said to Mbali that I want to send my cellphone in for repairs so she said she needs the charger and the invoice so I said to her in a very polite way that I did not bring the charger and that I do not have the invoice so she said to me before I help you ,you(meaning ME) NEED TO DROP YOUR ATTITUDE.I was taken aback and said EXCUSE ME she yes you need to drop your attitude before I help you.I said according to my knowledge a charger is not required whenevr I brought me cellphone in and the invoice I do not have reason being that my cellphone has been in for repairs so many times that I cannot keep up with invoices and that now I'm gonna give you an attitude.I said to her whenever I came into the store there was a white lady that always helped and that she used to reprint the invoice and send it in with my cellphone then Mbali says to me if you want the white ladies help come back another time and said next customer
