Disgusted

I am so appalled with you MTN.being a loyal customer and just taking out 2 new contracts . I get fooled by your staff . I was told when i took out the Samsung galaxy Z flip i will get the R3000 e-voucher .Now i get told because its a business contract i don't qualify. Yet i asked the consultant at the store 3 times. Is this how we treat customers .After i take out a contract now i am just a number. If this is the case cancel my contract and i will go else where.
