Disgusted!

MTN is ridiculous! I've been sitting with a phone with no network coverage since Friday - which is when the phone was delivered, as I ordered it online. I've called into your call center numerous time and gone to an MTN store 3 times!!!! Nothing is happening except being taken back and forth!!! Nobody seems to know what they are doing! I've been a loyal customer for years but this time I am extremely disappointed!!!! I need my query to be fixed ASAP or else cancel the whole contract and take your phone bac****!!!! I seriously cannot be told every time I make contact with you guys to wait 2 - 24 hours!!!! It's been 4 flipping days withouts a phone. I need this problem fixed!!!
