truly Disgusted: how many time must i sent the same things. as per my email dates 20/07/2015 i've stated that i have sent the documents, yet you telling me you did not get the documents. 10 emails and still nothing, why the **** are you giveing me a fax number you you don't get faxes. CAN YOU GIVE ME AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO THAT I CAN SENT THE DOCUMENTS AGAIN. cause cleary the people that receive the faxes don't make notes. I FAX THE DOCUMENTS TO THE BELOW AND QUOTED THE REFERENCE: *** and quote

The documents were received and forwarded to our ***** department, they confirmed that they sent an email to you advising that the copy of ID was not cleared and requested for a clearer one.
