Disgusted

I am not happy with MTN, I app**** for a laptop and they didn't have a router. They said I should wait, after 3weeks the lady said should we cancel the application or carry on with it. And I said cancel. But they debited from my account and I asked her why. They said they will solve it. Now I'm getting emails saying they will blacklist me and there's no number to call. Iv called 135 several times and iv went back to the shop several times but I'm not getting help.
