Disgruntled

I recently took a home router network with them aid which initial agreement was R269 I ended up owing them R8000 for a slow network , they then told me that it was clawback fees of which they claimed to remove them but I still get billed the same , this was my then case number Case number: BO*** and reference number is SR ***, I’ve had enough I just want to cut ties with them.
