DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER!!!

<p>i lodged a claim on the 9th of January 4a damaged iphone 6 screen, got no responce from MTN until late feb when i contacted them, i managed to fix my own screen with my own money as i use the phone for business.. unfortunetly i lost my phone and claimed from the insurance and i sent them all the documents they required, yet i still get SMS's claiming there are documents missing.. i dont know what kind of ****** business MTN runs beacuase they are so quick to block your account when they didnt receive payment yet it takes them donkey years to attend to a simple claim! I regretthe day i ever decided to take a contract with MTN. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF HAVING TO HOLD FOR HOURS JUST TO TALK TO A COSULTANT JUST TO BE TOLD THAT THEY WILL SEND AN EMAIL UNDERWITERS!!! this S**T needs to be fixed and fast!!!!</p>
